Mike Evangelis is a dedicated personal trainer and body builder. Mike holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University and is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Fighting Type 1 Diabetes from an early age, he has continuously rose above the odds to get where he is today. He channels that determination and his passion for health and fitness everyday as he continuously works to motivate and improve the lives of others. Mike has experience working with a wide variety of populations for over ten years and specializes in, weight loss, strength training, muscular endurance, physique development, bodybuilding and working with athletes.
Mark Szot is the Head CrossFit Coach at Venomous CrossFit. He was a competitive powerlifter and former state deadlift record holder for USAPL before finding CrossFit in college. He graduated from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Now a competitive CrossFitter, Mark has his sights set on qualifying for regionals in 2017 in the Atlantic Region after missing regionals in 2016 by only 10 spots. Mark's near miss has fueled his fire and drive like never before.
Heather Griffiths is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bacholors Degree in Kinesiology. After her time as a Division I Softball player ended she knew she needed to find something to fuel her competitive nature. In 2015 she picked up and moved to Austin, Texas, it was there found the perfect answer, Powerlifting. Since she's begun competing in powerlifting she has been chasing her goals like never before. Currently she competes under the USPA as well as the USPF where she currently hold 3 state and All-American records.
Mackenzie aka "Kenz" is a former collegiate ice hockey player, web designer, and a National Level Weightlifter in the women's 90/90+kg category. She lifts for Rumbler Weightlifting and coaches at Arkitect Fitness in Concord, NH. She is the USAW Nationals Bronze medalist, the 2016 American Open Silver Medalist in the Snatch, and the 2016 Universities Bronze Medalist in the Snatch. She holds all three New England records for the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and Total for the Superheavy Weight Division. Her experience as a collegiate helps her continue to rise in the American Weightlifting ranks and hopes to compete internationally one day.
